Tóm tắt: The 16th Asean summit, which was convende on 8-9 April 2010 in Ha Noi, carried an action-oriented and forward - looking adenda under the theme "Towards the Asean community: from vision to action." In this spirit, the 16 th" Asean summit reviewed the progress in implementing the Asean Charter and the roadmap for an Asean community and reaffirmed strong commitments to speed up the effeftive implementation through concrete measures and activities.
